Monthly Downshift with Karin & Bobbie

A 75-minute yoga practice to unwind, restore, and reconnect with your natural rhythm

Monthly Downshift with Karin Weinstein & Bobbie Ellis is a 75-minute somatic yoga experience designed to help you step out of the noise and back into your body.

 

This is not your typical weekly class. With more time and space, we invite you into a slower, more intentional pace—one that supports true down-regulation of the nervous system and deeper listening.

Each session weaves together somatic movement explorations, breath practices, meditation, and intentional rest. You’ll be guided, but never pushed—encouraged to follow your own internal cues, adjust the pace, and discover what feels supportive for you.

Together, we create a space for exploration, self-regulation, and learning—so you leave not only feeling more at ease, but with a clearer understanding of your body and how to work with it.

Ageless Strength

Osteoporosis-safe Strength Training for Bone Health

Ageless Strength is a research-backed interactive virtual class focused on supporting bone density, increasing muscle strength, and improving balance through individualized progressive resistance and safe impact training.

 

Designed to meet each participant’s abilities, this safe and effective program has helped past participants slow or stop osteoporotic bone loss and even reverse osteoporosis. Rooted in science and delivered with compassion, Ageless Strength empowers you to grow stronger and more confidence while building longevity within a supportive online community.
